Non-binding indication. We are preparing a STAK structure with our notary; once it is open we will contact you personally with the subscription documents. No money is taken on the website. This is not an offer of securities to the public.
Stichting Protect Ukraine is the Dutch NGO that funds, holds and delivers the boats to Ukrainian units. Donations are tax-deductible (ANBI). Aquadrone B.V. does not receive donation money; we build the boats and Protect Ukraine pays for them and hands them over in country.

We are preparing a Stichting Administratiekantoor (STAK) with our notary so backers can hold certificaten van aandelen — depositary receipts representing economic interest in Aquadrone B.V. Once the structure is open we'll contact registered participants personally with the subscription documents.
